Durham Police investigators are attempting to identify this subject in relation to a motor vehicle theft that was reported from Hillsborough Rd on 7-12-23 at around 6:00 PM. Investigators are also attempting to locate the truck in the photo which has been reported stolen. The truck is a white refrigerated box truck with “Freedom” on the side.
