Durham Police investigators are attempting to identify this individual who is a suspect in a robbery that was reported on 10-3-22 at around 8:45 PM on W Markham Ave. The suspect was armed with a gun, and fled on foot toward Broad St. Investigators say he’s believed to be a 50-60 year old white male.

Sheriff’s Office Investigators Seek Armed Robbery Suspect
Durham County Sheriff’s Office investigators would like the public to take a look at the surveillance photos from an armed robbery that occurred on the night of Friday, April 22. Just after 9:00 p.m., a man whose identity is unknown entered the Billy’s Mart at the BP station on 3834 Cheek Rd in Durham County. He approached the clerk with a black handgun and demanded money from the register. The clerk complied, giving him an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then fled east from the store on foot towards Fletcher’s Chapel Rd.
The suspect is described as a white male of a thin build and standing approximately 5’10” tall. He was last seen wearing black and white tennis shoes, blue jeans, a blue shirt, and a grey jacket. He covered his face with a light blue shirt during the robbery. No one was injured.

Durham Police Investigators are attempting to identify these individuals who are suspects in an armed robbery at the Swish store. The suspects were reported to have fled in a white 2011 Madza CX-7 which was reported stolen. Investigators say this incident may be related to two break-ins to this location on 1/22/22 (22-2350) and 1/27/22 (22-2849) in which high value clothing items were targeted. Durham, NC – (Tuesday, 10/19/2021) – On Monday, October 18, 2021, at approximately 12:45 p.m. deputies from the Durham County Sheriff’s Office were called to the Cricket Wireless on the 3700 block of Wake Forest Highway for the report of an armed robbery.
Upon arrival, they learned that a clerk at the store was robbed at gunpoint by an unknown suspect who was brandishing a handgun. After receiving the money from the cash register in the store, the robber then forced the clerk to open the safe and give him the cash from inside. After ordering the clerk to lay on the ground, the suspect then fled from the store in an unknown direction.
At approximately 10:11 p.m. the same day, deputies responded to the Family Fare on the 5100 block of Guess Rd. In this incident, the suspect entered the store, threatened the clerk with a handgun, forced them to hand over money from the cash register, and after receiving an unknown amount of cash and ordering the clerk to lay on the ground, he left the store.
No injuries were reported in either incident. The suspect in both these incidents is believed to be the same person. Surveillance video of one of the incidents is below.

The third robbery was reported 4-20-21 at 1:00 Pm on South Roxboro Street. The fourth robbery was reported 4/23/21 at 3:28 PM on N Duke Street.
