Robbery Unit investigators are trying to identify the suspect below who committed a commercial armed robbery at the BP located at 2502 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. The suspect attempted to rob the store using a rifle. The suspect is described as a black male, 20-25yoa, and 5’7” with a slim build. The suspect has on a black and white mask, black North Face jacket, grey sweatpants and black and white Nike shoes. The rifle is black and brown. The suspect fled on foot toward James St.
The robbery unit is trying to identify the suspect seen below. The suspect robbed the Family Fare located at 6007 Farrington Rd. on November 16, 2018. The suspect is a white male with some facial hair and has black lower teeth.

The incident occurred at Tienda Mi Barrio on Guess Rd on 9-16-18.
Officers were dispatched to a call at 1811 Guess Road at 12:09 a.m. on April 30, 2013. When they arrived, they found 41-year-old Kevin Ramon Leathers dead inside the house.
Leathers had been beaten to death and investigators are trying to determine a motive.
Durham police responded to a shooting call at 1212 Dawkins Street at 9:12 p.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2012.
When officers arrived, they found 1 male – Timothy Deangelo McGhee, 24, of 1212 Dawkins Street – dead inside the house. A 2nd male – Paul Anthony Noel Junior, 22, of Morreene Road – was taken to Duke University Hospital, where he died a short time later.
Both men died from gunshot wounds. An unknown suspect(s) fired shots into the house, according to investigators.
William Alan Green, 26, of Durham and a friend were in a small white vehicle parked in front of Building 12 on Dorothy Drive in McDougald Terrace around 9:30 p.m. on September 30, 2011 when several males approached the vehicle.
Several shots were fired at the vehicle as Green attempted to drive away. Green, who was injured, drove to a parking lot near North Carolina Central University to find help. Green was taken to the hospital and died early the next morning.
The body of Luciano Cabrera, 21, of Durham was found in the woods off the 2400 block of S Roxboro Street on August 19, 2011. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
He was last seen during the early morning hours of Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the former Club Steel Blue at 711 Rigsbee Avenue.
Investigators are also trying to identify an unidentified male who used Cabrera’s stolen credit card at 3:39 a.m. on June 11 at the State Employees Credit Union at 504 S Duke Street.

Patrol officers were searching for a burglary suspect in the woods near Chandler Road and Ross Road in eastern Durham on January 22, 2010 when they found the body of Crystal Lynn “Jersey” Baker, 24, of Durham.
Baker had been stabbed to death. She had last been seen in the area of the Budget Inn on Holloway Street.
